我的名字是蘇正信，我雖然就讀於機械工程學系，但對資訊工程相關領域有所研究。而在這國際菁英人才培訓計畫（GSCP）中學習到的經驗及感想，供未來的學弟妹做一個參考。
知道有這項活動是，我剛進入這所學校時參與系院會時聽到的，當初想要參與這個計畫是因為想要增進自己的廣度，而透過完成計畫中的任務時，面對一次又一次的挑戰及學習，不斷地增長自己的技能樹。“Learning is a long-term journey”，是我不斷的提醒的事情，而在 GCSP 中，我選擇 Advanced Personalized learning 再適合不過的主題。在這完成計畫任務當中，不斷得嘗試新事物，例如：AI 的嘗試加入自己的專題中、參與程式競賽及機械相關的比賽、教導外籍生使用機器。
不斷的自我挑戰，從一個聽不懂半點英文，慢慢聽懂及勇於開口，到完成計畫，從一個誤打誤撞學習各式各樣的技能樹，到藉由經驗結合專案。這些的經驗讓我的大學生涯有不一樣的難忘及充實的回憶。
“Every trade is a lesson.”, ”Failure to prepare is preparing to fail.“，這兩句是對於交易者而言常常需要面臨的挑戰，市場得波動沒有人知道、是一個風險極高的任務，但需要不斷的增進。建議參與 GCSP 的學弟妹嗎？人生只有一次大學的機會，為何不嘗試？不僅提供學習以及實踐多學科、更加廣闊世界觀的機會，也是一個很好練習英文的計畫，增進自己的英文技能。GCSP 不會是一個簡單、輕鬆的計畫，但是一個對於未來遇到頭疼的問題時最有效的訓練，因為需要自己慢慢解開難關，雖過程辛苦，但收穫滿滿。
My name is Su Zheng-Xin(scorpio-su). Although I am studying in the Department of Mechanical Engineering(ME), I am interested in Computer Science(CS). My experience and thoughts on the GSCP are for the reference of my future siblings.
I heard about this program when I attended the departmental meeting when I first entered this school. I wanted to participate in this program because I wanted to increase my breadth of skills. When completing the tasks in the program, I faced challenges and learning time and time again, and I kept growing my skill tree.
“Learning is a long-term journey”, during which I continuously try to challenge myself. In the GCSP, I chose the theme of Advanced Personalized learning. In the course of completing the program tasks, I kept trying new things, such as trying AI in my projects, participating in program competitions and machine-related competitions, and teaching foreign students how to use machines…
I have constantly challenged myself, from being a person who could not understand half of the English language, to slowly understanding and having the courage to speak up, to complete the project, from learning various skill trees by mistake to combining the project through experience. These experiences have made my university career unforgettable and full of memories.
“Every trade is a lesson.”, “Failure to prepare is preparing to fail.”, these are the challenges that traders often face. No one knows how the market will fluctuate, it is a very risky task, but one that needs to be constantly improved. Suggestions for GCSP students? You only get one chance in life to go to college, so why not give it a try? GCSP is not a simple and easy program, but it is the most effective training for future headaches because you need to solve the problems by yourself, although the process is hard, the reward is full.
