Mandarin Learning Center was founded and under the Office of Continuing Education at Chung Yuan Christian University in 2008. Upgraded from a group to the status of a center, Mandarin Learning Group was renamed Mandarin Learning Center (MLC) on August 2016. In August 2021, MLC was later restructured under College of Humanities and Education. MLC dedicated to Mandarin language teaching and culture promotion as well as providing the superior Mandarin teaching and training.
