Q：I no longer want to take a course. How can I get a refund?

A：If you withdraw from the course before the term begins, you can get a refund of 80% of the total course purchase price. If you wirhdraw from the course during the term, you will deduct 20% based on damage liquidation.

Q：Who are my teacher? How can I meet the faculty?

A：All the teacher  in our center have received professional training from the Department of Teaching Chinese as a Second Language. All of our faculty have ample teaching experience. Please look up “Introduction of Teachers” for additional information. 

Q：Do you provide Study Certificates?

A：If you need a study certificate, please ask in the office.  

Q：How can I take a leave?

A：If you know in advance that you will be absent from class, please inform the teacher or the office 24 hours prior to the start of class. In case of emergency, please inform the teacher or the office before the start of the program.
