全校外籍生大一不分系學士學位學程(Pre-major Freshman Program for International Students)為推行本校境外生華語文教育及提升學生的口語表達能力與自信心，特別舉辦本次華語演講比賽。

為鼓勵學生踴躍報名、積極參與華語文學習活動，本次提供眾多獎項，充分增加華語演講比賽的吸引力。邀請資深專業華語教師擔任本次活動之評審委員，分別是本校應用華語文學系葛健生老師、本學程許琇婷老師、安梓涵老師以及本校華語中心呂芝華老師和葉庭瑜老師，期望比賽能有公平專業的評審。

此次比賽共有22位學生報名，參賽者在演講比賽中展現出流利的華語口語表達能力，熟練地運用的語法和詞彙，清晰地傳達了自己的思想和觀點。學習如何結構演講、運用肢體語言和聲音調節等演講技巧，提升了他們的口語表達效果和影響力。比賽經驗也讓參賽者能夠克服緊張和舞台恐懼，充分提升自信心。除此之外，本次比賽也提供了外籍學生文化交流學習的機會，深度了解來自其他國家的文化，認識其他文化差異的事件，以提升跨文化素養。

The Pre-major Freshman Program for International Students organized a Chinese Speech Competition to enhance international students’ Chinese language skills, oral communication abilities, and confidence.

To encourage active participation in Chinese learning activities, a variety of prizes were offered. Experienced Chinese language instructors were invited to serve as judges, including teachers from the Department of Applied Chinese Language and the Chinese Language Center, as well as instructors from the program, ensuring a fair and professional competition.

A total of 22 students participated in the competition. The contestants demonstrated fluent Chinese speaking skills, effective use of grammar and vocabulary, and the ability to clearly express their ideas and perspectives. Through the competition, they also developed presentation skills, including speech organization, body language, and voice control, while overcoming stage anxiety and building confidence.

The competition also provided an opportunity for international students to learn about different cultures and cultural differences, helping them develop greater cross-cultural awareness.
