由梁竣瓘主任、黃郁婷老師和許琇婷老師，帶領學生參觀台灣客家茶文化館、郭元益糕餅博物館。藉由這次的活動，學生認識了多元豐富的臺灣文化。
Director Liang Jun-Guan, Ms. Huang Yu-Ting, and Ms. Hsu Hsiu-Ting led the students on visits to the Taiwan Hakka Tea Culture Museum and the Kuo Yuan Ye Museum of Cake and Pastry. Through this activity, students had the opportunity to learn about Taiwan’s diverse and rich cultural heritage.
透過參訪客家茶文化館，學生從茶葉、製茶方式及飲茶文化等面向，認識臺灣客家族群與茶文化之間的深厚連結。藉由實地參觀與文化體驗，讓學生在課堂之外進一步了解臺灣多元的族群文化與生活樣貌。
Through the visit to the Hakka Tea Culture Museum, students learned about the strong connection between Taiwan’s Hakka community and tea culture from different perspectives, including tea leaves, tea-making methods, and tea-drinking traditions. Through the on-site visit and cultural experience, students gained a deeper understanding of Taiwan’s diverse ethnic cultures and ways of life beyond the classroom.
透過參訪郭元益糕餅博物館，學生認識臺灣糕餅文化的發展，以及糕餅在結婚習俗、節日等重要場合中的文化意義，從飲食體驗中感受臺灣傳統文化的特色與魅力。
Through the visit to the Kuo Yuan Ye Museum of Cake and Pastry, students learned about the development of Taiwan’s traditional pastry culture and the cultural significance of pastries in important occasions, such as weddings and festivals. Through this food and cultural experience, students gained a deeper appreciation of the unique characteristics and charm of Taiwan’s traditional culture.
