公告內容：

一、申請作業

(一)時間：112年10月4日至11月13日。

(二)方式：填寫「中原大學學士班自主設計跨領域專長申請表」，經自選學術導師、學系主任簽核後，送交教務處課務與註冊組。

二、審核作業

(一)學系審核時間：112年11月14日至11月29日。

(二)公告審核結果：112年12月4日；查詢路徑：本校首頁/行政單位/教務處/課務與註冊組/消息公告。

三、申請說明會資訊如下，歡迎教職員及學生踴躍參加：

(一)時間：

１、第1場：112年9月27日12:00-13:00。

２、第2場：112年10月24日12:00-13:00。

(二)地點：張靜愚紀念圖書館1樓秀德廳。

四、通過審查者，自112學年度第2學期起生效，應依照通過之自主設計跨領域專長課程模組修習；同時通過或具備輔系、雙主修身分者，應擇一修讀。

五、檢附資料：中原大學學士班自主設計跨領域專長申請表。

六、有關自選學術導師相關事宜，請洽詢教務處學生學習發展中心莊依潔小姐(分機2053)。

I. Application

   A. Time: From October 4th to November 13th

   B. Procedure: Completing the "CYCU Self-designed interdisciplinary fields of study application sheet," which shall be submitted to the Curriculum and Registration Section in the Academic Affairs Office after being signed by the Self-selected Academic Advisor and the dean of the department.

II. Review assignment

   A. Audit for qualifications: From November 14th to November 29th.

   B. The Approval List will announced on December 4th. Inquiry: CYCU - Administrative Unit - Academic Affairs Office - Curriculum and Registration Devision - Announcement

III. Conference

   A. Time:

      1. The 1st session: At 12:00-13:00 on September 27th.

      2.The 2nd session: At 12:00-13:00 on Octomber 24th.

   B. Place: Chang Ching Yu Memorial Library Hsiu Te Hall.

IV. Students who have passed the application should take courses according to the self-designed interdisciplinary fields of study from 112-2 semester. For those who have simultaneously been approved or have a minor or double major status, they should choose one to pursue.
