of Being Single\uff08FOBS\uff09\u53c8\u88ab\u8b6f\u70ba\u55ae\u8eab\u7126\u616e\uff0c\u610f\u6307\u4eba\u5c0d\u65bc\u7576\u4e0b\u6216\u672a\u4f86\u53ef\u80fd\u6c92\u6709\u89aa\u5bc6\u4f34\u4fb6\u6240\u7522\u751f\u7684\u64d4\u6182\u8207\u7126\u616e\uff08Cantarella et al., 2023\uff09\u3002\u8fd1\u5e74\u4f86\uff0c\u6200\u611b\u5be6\u5883\u7d9c\u85dd\u7bc0\u76ee\u851a\u70ba\u98a8\u6f6e\uff0c\u9019\u985e\u7bc0\u76ee\u9f13\u52f5\u53c3\u8207\u8005\u5c0b\u5f97\u5fc3\u52d5\u5c0d\u8c61\uff0c\u300c\u6210\u529f\u812b\u55ae\u300d\u88ab\u8996\u70ba\u662f\u7bc0\u76ee\u4e2d\u7684\u7406\u60f3\u7d50\u5c40\u3002\u89c0\u773e\u89c0\u770b\u60c5\u612b\u6d41\u52d5\u8207\u66d6\u6627\u4e92\u52d5\u7684\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u6216\u8a31\u8f03\u5c11\u610f\u8b58\u5230\u7bc0\u76ee\u80cc\u5f8c\u6240\u50b3\u905e\u7684\u50f9\u503c\u89c0\u2014\u300c\u5f9e\u55ae\u8eab\u8d70\u5165\u6200\u611b\uff0c\u5373\u662f\u7372\u5f97\u5e78\u798f\u300d\u7684\u60f3\u50cf\u3002<br>\u5f71\u8996\u4f5c\u54c1\u4e2d\u5c0d\u611b\u60c5\u7406\u60f3\u5316\u7684\u60f3\u50cf\u66f4\u662f\u5c62\u898b\u4e0d\u9bae\uff0c\u5be6\u70ba\u4e0d\u65b7\u50b3\u905e\u300c\u611b\u60c5=\u7372\u5f97\u5e78\u798f\u300d\u7684\u8a0a\u606f\u3002\u76f8\u8f03\u4e4b\u4e0b\uff0c\u55ae\u8eab\u8005\u5247\u5e38\u88ab\u63cf\u7e6a\u70ba\u5b64\u55ae\u3001\u632b\u6298\u7684\u89d2\u8272\u3002\u611b\u60c5\u5287\u4e2d\u7684\u55ae\u8eab\u5973\u6027\u591a\u88ab\u523b\u5283\u70ba\u751f\u6d3b\u5331\u4e4f\u7684\u5f62\u8c61\uff0c\u800c\u9019\u985e\u7684\u5167\u5bb9\u53ef\u80fd\u4f7f\u55ae\u8eab\u5e74\u8f15\u5973\u6027\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u611f\u5230\u7126\u616e\uff08Timmermans et al., 2019\uff09\u3002\u793e\u7fa4\u7db2\u8def\u6216\u8ad6\u58c7\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e5f\u5e38\u51fa\u73fe\u300c\u55ae\u8eab\u72d7\u300d\u3001\u300c\u6b4c\u5e03\u6797\u300d\u7b49\u8a5e\u5f59\u4f86\u7a31\u547c\u55ae\u8eab\u8005\uff0c\u55ae\u8eab\u8005\u8eab\u4e0a\u5e38\u88ab\u8cbc\u4e0a\u5982\u4e0d\u6210\u719f\u7684\u8ca0\u9762\u793e\u6703\u6a19\u7c64\uff08Fisher &amp; Sakaluk, 2020\uff09\u3002\u5927\u773e\u5a92\u9ad4\u7d93\u5e38\u50b3\u905e\u55ae\u8eab\u72c0\u614b\u7684\u8ca0\u5411\u60f3\u50cf\u548c\u6050\u61fc\uff0c\u9577\u671f\u63a5\u6536\u9019\u4e9b\u96b1\u542b\u7684\u8a0a\u606f\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u52a0\u6df1\u5c0d\u55ae\u8eab\u7684\u7126\u616e\u611f\u3002<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e8c\u3001\u55ae\u8eab\u7e3d\u88ab\u8cea\u7591\u6709\u554f\u984c?\u65e5\u5e38\u4e2d\u7684\u55ae\u8eab\u5fae\u653b\u64ca<br>\u5fc3\u7406\u5b78\u5bb6 Derald Wing Sue(2007)\u63d0\u51fa\u300c\u5fae\u653b\u64ca\u300d(mircroaggression)\u6982\u5ff5\uff0c\u6307\u7684\u662f\u5c0d\u7279\u5b9a\u7fa4\u9ad4\u5e36\u6709\u96b1\u6027\u504f\u898b\u6216\u6b67\u8996\uff0c\u800c\u300c\u55ae\u8eab\u5fae\u6b67\u8996\u300d\uff08singlism\uff09\u5e38\u4ee5\u95dc\u5fc3\u3001\u5584\u610f\u6216\u73a9\u7b11\u7684\u5f62\u5f0f\u51fa\u73fe (DePaulo &amp; Morris, 2006)\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\uff1a\u89aa\u53cb\u95dc\u5fc3\u8a62\u554f\u600e\u9ebc\u9084\u6c92\u6709\u7537\u670b\u53cb\uff0f\u5973\u670b\u53cb\uff1f\u9019\u985e\u8a71\u8a9e\u96b1\u542b\u55ae\u8eab\u662f\u9700\u8981\u6539\u5584\u7684\u72c0\u614b\uff1b\u5728\u5927\u5b78\u751f\u65cf\u7fa4\u88e1\uff0c\u55ae\u8eab\u7537\u6027\u53c8\u6bd4\u5973\u6027\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u53d7\u5230\u5468\u906d\u7684\u5fae\u6b67\u8996\u58d3\u529b(\u694a\u5e78\u771f\u3001\u5f35\u6eff\u73b2\uff0c2024\uff09\u3002<br>\u800c\u7537\u6027\u3001\u5973\u6027\u6240\u627f\u53d7\u7684\u55ae\u8eab\u7126\u616e\u5448\u73fe\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u6a23\u8c8c\uff1b\u5c0d\u5973\u6027\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u751f\u6d3b\u4e2d\u7d93\u9a57\u5230\u7684\u5fae\u578b\u6b67\u8996\uff0c\u5305\u542b\u300c\u5269\u5973\u300d\u3001\u300c\u5927\u4e09\u62c9\u8b66\u5831\u3001\u5927\u56db\u6c92\u4eba\u8981\u300d\u7b49\u8a00\u8a5e\uff0c\u55ae\u8eab\u5973\u6027\u751a\u81f3\u6703\u88ab\u8a8d\u70ba\u662f\u773c\u5149\u592a\u9ad8\u3001\u6027\u683c\u592a\u5dee\uff1b\u800c\u5c0d\u7537\u6027\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u5728\u5b78\u696d\u6216\u8077\u6daf\u4e0a\u8868\u73fe\u6210\u529f\uff0c\u82e5\u7f3a\u4e4f\u89aa\u5bc6\u95dc\u4fc2\uff0c\u4ecd\u53ef\u80fd\u88ab\u8996\u70ba\u300c\u4e0d\u5920\u6210\u529f\u300d\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u6027\u5225\u89d2\u8272\u671f\u5f85\u7531\u7537\u6027\u4e3b\u52d5\u767c\u8d77\u3001\u7d93\u71df\u89aa\u5bc6\u95dc\u4fc2\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u7537\u6027\u5728\u55ae\u8eab\u72c0\u614b\u4e0b\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u611f\u53d7\u5230\u4e0d\u5b89\u3001\u7126\u616e\u6216\u662f\u5931\u6557\u7684\u611f\u53d7\uff08\u694a\u96c5\u7b51\uff0c2025\uff09\u3002<br>DePaulo \u8207 et al.,
