The establishment of E-Learning Master Program in Industrial Smart Manufacturing and Technology Management aims to cultivate industrial engineering talents with expertise in intelligent manufacturing and technology management. Through a digital learning platform and internationalized courses, the program enhances students\u2019 skills in production efficiency and management effectiveness, thereby increasing the competitiveness of multinational enterprises and achieving international integration of academia and industry. The program not only provides flexible and distance-free learning methods for students from Southeast Asia and around the world but also focuses on enhancing students\u2019 professional qualities to meet global industry demands. This enables them to stand out in the field of intelligent manufacturing and technology management, becoming industrial engineering leaders who will drive future industry development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Course Plan <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The program is designed with a focus on intelligent engineering applications and industrial technology management. The curriculum includes modules on intelligent engineering applications and industrial technology management, each requiring 12 elective credits. Along with a research thesis, a total of 30 credits must be completed to graduate. Course content includes machine learning, quality control, mathematical planning, intelligent manufacturing systems, human resource management, and human factors engineering. The aim is to enhance students\u2019 research and practical application abilities. The courses are delivered through synchronous online teaching and asynchronous instructional videos, along with flexible teaching methods such as online assignments and real-time discussions, providing students from around the world with opportunities for cross-national digital learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Faculty Expertise <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

By integrating faculty from academia and industry, we collaboratively design courses. All faculty appointments and course offerings adhere to the review and appointment processes specified by the Ministry of Education, ensuring the quality of learning content for students. Through specialized project production and internship courses led by experienced professionals from the industry, we aim to enhance and integrate students’ capabilities in industrial and systems engineering applications. Upon completion, students will have engaged in team collaboration, project production, and internship experiences within relevant fields, enabling them to become interdisciplinary talents and enhancing their workplace competencies, thus adding value to their career prospects and enriching their journey towards achieving their life goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
