Application period: Applications will be accepted from May 1st of each year to May 31st of the same year

(the deadline shall be extended by one day if it falls on a holiday). Creative works or papers submitted must be the produced between May of the previous year and the end of May of the current year.

Students of the School who have participated in a national or international competition, either independently or as part of a team (comprising faculty and students), in the name of the University or with work produced during their time as students, may apply for recognition in accordance with the Regulations upon meeting the following requirements and submitting supporting documents. In the event that the submitted work is a joint creation by more than one individual, please choose one representative to submit the application. Each student may receive recognition for a maximum of two works each year. Applicants shall submit the application form, competition guidelines, and relevant supporting documents for the awarded prize.​
